Wednesday night the Wartburg Knights men’s basketball team opened the season with an 85-70 win over Cornell.
Wednesday night in college wrestling the Knights opened the season with a 41-3 drumming of Simpson.
The Wartburg women’s soccer team was honored by the American Rivers Conference. Kate Luers was named the Offensive MVP. Joy Smith, Hailey Osburn, Kate Luers, Marissa Lopez, Katie Berglund, Sarah Campbell and Gabby Corday were named to the All-Conference teams.
