A man has been arrested after breaking into the apartment of a woman and assaulting her last weekend, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 50 year old Julius Grulkey was arrested and charged with first degree Burglary. He is accused of breaking into the woman’s apartment just before 4:00 Sunday morning. Grulkey allegedly punched the woman in the face and threatened her with a knife. He was found in the area of the apartment complex with two knives in his pockets.
