Charles City Man Pleads Not-Guilty

A Charles City man accused of two home invasions in January will plead not guilty, according to KIMT. 29 year old Franklin Foster first broke into an apartment on January 4th armed with a box cutter, then on January 7th he broke into another apartment armed with a handgun. On both occasions he is accused of threatening people inside the homes. He allegedly assaulted two men in the first break in before stealing their phones so they could not call police. Foster has been charged with two counts of First Degree Burglary, two counts of False Imprisonment, two counts of Tampering with a Witness, Third Degree Sexual Abuse, and First Degree Burglary. He is being held on a $103,000 cash only bond.
