Thursday night on KWAY Country the Waverly-Shell Rock boys basketball team bowed out in the Sub-State Semifinals as they fell to Clear Lake 50-46 on the road. Go-Hawk Cole Marsh scored a career-high 34 points in the loss. Waverly-Shell Rock had lost to Clear Lake by 33 just 23 days earlier.
The Go-Hawks finish the year with a 14-9 record.
