Tuesday night on KWAY Country the 7th ranked Waverly-Shell Rock girls shutout Union 7-0. The Go-Hawks got two goals a piece from seniors Morgan Aikey and Macy Smith and a goal each from Annika Behrends, Anna Stromberg and Linnea Beckstrom. Waverly-Shell Rock is now 2-1 on the season.
Tuesday night on Y99.3 the 5th ranked Columbus girls crushed Marshalltown 8-1. The Sailors got two goals a piece from Adrianna Gallen and Nikayla Youngblut and single goals from Anna Kneeland, Avery Nolting and Gina Pranger.
Tuesday night the Denver girls used a hat trick from Lexi Gehrke to beat Benton 4-0.
