A chase in Cedar Falls leads to the recovery of a stolen vehicle and the arrest of three occupants. Monday a Cedar Falls Police Officer witnessed a black Nissan Rogue traveling at a high rate of speed near the intersection of Center St and Green Ave. As the officer pursued the vehicle it took off, leading to a chase in the North Cedar Neighborhood. The driver, later identified as 33 year old Nathan Redman, stopped near a wooded area and fled on the foot. The other two occupants, 22 year old Davondrae Jordan, Jr. and 32 Kayla Martin, were taken into custody at this time with no incident. Not long later Redman was apprehended. He faces numerous charges including First degree Theft, Eluding, and Violation of a No Contact Order. Jordan has been charged with Forgery, Identity Theft, Possession of Meth, and Fifth Degree Theft. Martin has been charged with Violation of a No Contact Order.
