Class 4A District 2’s All-District Team has been announced and 14 Waverly-Shell Rock players as well as the coaching staff made the teams.
McCrae Hagarty was named Mr. Football, Asa Newsom is Defensive MVP, Simon Ott is Kicker of the Year and the W-SR coaches were named Coaching Staff of the Year.
Also on the first team was: defensive lineman Jake Walker, defensive back Sam Roose, offensive lineman Caden Hotz, defensive back Tyler Gayer, defensive back Jack Wilson, offensive lineman Kale Miller and defensive lineman Cole Thompson.
On second team was: offensive lineman Brock Siems, quarterback Cole Marsh, defensive back Dylan Stockdale and offensive lineman Austin Souhrada.
