Tuesday night on Y99.3 the Dunkerton Raiders and Mason City Newman split a doubleheader. In the girls game Newman won 52-50. In the boys game 6th ranked Dunkerton beat 10th ranked Newman 78-65. Preston Gillespie and Dylan Marquart each had 22 points to lead the Raiders to victory.
In other boys basketball Tuesday night: Cedar Falls slammed Wahlert 75-36, Wapsie Valley beat Columbus 78-50, Sumner-Fredericksburg crushed AGWSR 71-23, Tripoli beat Riceville 74-62 and Waterloo West topped Western Dubuque 59-52.
In girls basketball: #9 Wahlert beat #8 Cedar Falls 56-49 and Waterloo West topped Western Dubuque 66-45.
