An Elma man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a child in Charles City on multiple occasions, according to KIMT. 61 year old Randy Nibaur has been charged with second degree Sexual Abuse. Nibaur’s alleged victim was under the age of five. It is unclear how he knew the child. The criminal complaint was filed against him on January 23rd and he was arrested on Wednesday. Nibaur is being held on a $25,000 cash only bond.
