A Sumner man has been arrested after failing to appear in court. The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office arrested 59 year old Kevin Hoehne on Friday after he missed his court date in Fayette County. He was originally charged with Operating While Under the Influence, 3rd Offense. He was released from custody after posting a $500 bond.
