A Cedar Falls man has been arrested for allegedly growing marijuana in a city park, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. A patrol officer noticed a vehicle parked at TJ’s Park and Police Officers Memorial Park around 3:35 Thursday morning. The officer spotted two marijuana plants in green buckets in the back of the vehicle. The officer then found eleven other buckets with plants in the wooded area near the car. The driver of the car was nowhere to be found however. Later, the officer noticed a man walking who was covered in burs and mud. They found the keys to the vehicle in the man’s pocket. He was identified as 28 year old Killian Hunt. He was charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Manufacture.
