A Waterloo woman has been arrested after running eight alleged “straw man” schemes to buy guns, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 27 year old Ladonna Henderson allegedly claimed she was not a drug user and was buying the guns for herself on the purchases between November 2022 and June of 2023. Police say both of those claims were false. 36 year old Christopher Hoover was also charged in the case with Being a Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm. The government is seeking to have the guns forfeited.
