UNI has tabbed former UNI and Iowa Athletic Director and Big 12 Commisioner Bob Bowlsby to be its interim athletic director. Bowlsby is a Waterloo West grad.
It was a tough conference opening night for the UNI Panthers. Wednesday night in women’s basketball South Dakota beat UNI 84-65. In men’s basketball Belmont beat UNI 90-70.
