A Charles City man has been given three consecutive sentences for sexually abusing a child, according to KIMT. 34 year old Daniel Hibner pleaded guilty to three counts of Lascivious Acts With a Child as part of a plea deal. Police say he sexually abused a child under the age of 10 on several occasions. Hibner has been ordered to spend 10 years in prison on each count for a total of 30 years behind bars. He has also been fined more than $4,000. Once he is released he will have to register as a sex offender.
