A Waterloo man has won a top prize on a scratch ticket, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Suljo Sinanovic has claimed the 10th top prize in the $100,000 Mega Crossword game. He purchased the ticket at the Neighborhood Mart on Lafayette Street in Waterloo. The $100,000 Mega Crossword is a $10 game and features 46 top prizes.
