According to Darin Svensen, Wednesday night the Decorah School Board voted unanimously to allow their superintendent to send a letter of inquiry and explanation to the Upper Iowa Conference. This is yet another rumble in the shaky future of the Northeast Iowa Conference which is the oldest conference in the entire state.
