A section of 12th Street Northwest in Waverly will be closed Thursday in order for a new fire hydrant to be installed. An area of 50′ to 75′ of the northbound lane will be closed in front of Walston-Hoover Stadium during this time. The City is asking people to avoid the area due to the lane closure.
