Waterloo Police are investigating after a pedestrian allegedly opened fire on a passing vehicle early Thursday morning, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police were called to the 400 block of Pine Street just prior to 12:30 a.m. Someone on foot began shooting, seemingly randomly, at passing vehicles. One vehicle was struck but no injuries were recorded. Shell casings were collected at the scene but no arrests have been made to this point.
