Waverly-Shell Rock’s boys doubles tennis team of Matthew Judka and Brady Willis are guaranteed at least 4th place at State after beating Central DeWitt 6-0, 6-2 and Decorah 6-4, 6-1. The Championship Bracket resumes play at Byrnes Park in Waterloo at 10:00 Wednesday.
