A couple of Wartburg athletes were honored by the American Rivers Conference. Anna Sash was named the volleyball defensive player of the week for the second time this season and Flori Gembo was named the soccer offensive player of the week and the male athlete of the week.
Wartburg football rose one spot in the AFCA poll to #8.
