Thursday in high school bowling Waverly-Shell Rock swept Denver. The Go-Hawks girls won 1756-1385 and the boys beat the Cyclones 2523-2466.
Thursday at the Battle of Waterloo the Waverly-Shell Rock girls went 4-1 beating Crestwood, East Buc, Independence and Vinton-Shellsburg and losing to Cedar Falls. W-SR finished in 7th place winning the Bronze bracket. Cedar Falls won the entire battle.
