Monday night on KWAY Country AM 1470 FM 96.3 the Waverly-Shell Rock basketball teams swept Aplington-Parkersburg.
The 6th ranked Go-Hawk girls stayed undefeated by crushing the Falcons 59-14. Brittney Bodensteiner led all scorers with 22 points.
In the boys game Waverly-Shell Rock won 69-64 to go to 3-3. Unfortunately they lost Henry Ruzicka to a gruesome broken leg.
