Boys State Basketball begins Monday in Des Moines. This is the last State Tournament at the Casey’s Center before the tournament moves to Hilton Coliseum in Ames next year.
Girls Basketball Champions were crowned Friday and Saturday. Title winners were: in 1A Newell-Fonda, in 2A Rock Valley, in 3A Maquoketa, in 4A Carlisle and in 5A Johnston.
