Ben Jacobson, the winningest head coach in UNI men’s basketball history, announced that he is leaving to take the head coach job at Utah State. Jacobson won 397 games during his 20 seasons as the Panther head coach and took 5 teams to the NCAA Tournament and made it to the Sweet Sixteen. Prior to being head coach of UNI he was an assistant at under Greg McDermott at UNI.
