After 50 years of coaching girls basketball and 47 on the sideline for Waterloo West Dr. Anthony Pappas has announced his retirement. This decision comes so Pappas can continue to recover from the 2024 heart attack that nearly took his life on the court he loved. Pappas is 13th all time in wins in the state of Iowa with 683.
