Friday night on KWAY Country the Waverly-Shell Rock boys rugby team won their 2nd consecutive Class 2A State Championship. The 2-seeded Go-Hawks were down 21-14 to 1-seed Bondurant in the 2nd half of the championship match before storming back to tie the match and then, for the second year in a row, Easton Jorgensen scored a walk-off try. Waverly-Shell Rock won 28-21.
