Thursday night at State Qualifying Track the Waverly-Shell Rock girls finished 3rd behind Mount Vernon and Williamsburg. Automatic qualifiers for State were: the 4×200 and 4×100 relay teams, Jocelyn Endelman in the high jump, Cat Wedeking in the 200 meter run and Amalia Djoumessi in the 100 meter run.
The Waverly-Shell Rock boys won their 3rd District Title in 4 years. The sprint medley and shuttle hurdle teams broke school records as well.
