Tuesday, June 2nd is Primary Day. This is the day when registered Democrats and Republicans choose who will be on the ballot in November. Republicans will choose between Jim Carlin or Ashley Hinson for US Senator, Charlie McClintock or Joe Mitchell for US Representative District 2, Eddie Andrews, Randy Feenstra, Zach Lahn, Brad Sherman or Adam Steen for Governor, and Chris Cournoyer or Abigail Maas for State Auditor. Democrats will vote for Josh Turek or Zach Wahls for US Senator and Kathy Dolter, Lindsay James, or Clint Twedt-Ball for US Representative District 2. Rob Sand is the only candidate for Governor on the Democrat side. Visit your county website to see a sample ballot and find your polling place. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.
