Monday at the W-SR Early Bird Meet the Decorah boys cross-country team won with Waverly-Shell Rock 2nd and West Marshall 3rd. The Go-Hawks had 3 top 10 finishers as Alex Chapman was 4th, Matthew Hommowun was 6th and Landry Callhan was 9th. On the girls side Decorah won followed by West Marshall then W-SR. Kate Nelson was the highest Go-Hawk finisher in 7th place.
The Waverly-Shell Rock girls tennis team hosts Osage at 4:00 Tuesday.
Tuesday the Waverly-Shell Rock volleyball team begins the season in Grundy Center at the Spartan Invite Quad. The Go-Hawks will face Grundy Center, AGWSR and Woodward-Granger starting at 5:30.
