Tuesday the Department of Education director and involved parties met to consider the WaMac’s appeal regarding Waverly-Shell Rock and Decorah being added to the conference and Decorah’s appeal of that decision. No decision was made regarding the appeal. Lawyers will be able to file additional briefs until Tuesday regarding this matter.
