A Dunkerton man has been arrested for allegedly taking items from the furniture store where he works and selling them on Facebook Marketplace, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 37 year old Nathan Gruenberg was the manager at the Ashley Furniture Mart warehouse in Cedar Falls. He is accused of taking a couch, some other furniture, warehouse shelving, and a snow blower and selling them on Facebook and keeping the cash for himself. He also allegedly used a company credit card to purchase tools for himself. The company says Gruenberg stole or misused around $27,000. He has been charged with first degree Theft and Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card.
