The intersection of 4th Street SW and 29th Avenue SW in Waverly by Taco Bell should be treated as a four way stop. A dump truck with its bucket up hit and damaged the eastbound stop light Monday. The remaining lights are flashing red and a temporary stop sign has been put in place for those crossing 4th Street SW to the east.
