Waterloo Police investigated a murder-suicide at George Wyth State Park, when they were called to the park on Saturday morning for a report of a man’s body found by the lake. Shortly after they arrived, they discovered a woman’s body in a vehicle in the parking lot. According to Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup funeral home, Neil Miller shot his wife, Marilyn Miller and then shot and killed himself at the park. The couple was married for 65 years.
