Wednesday night was the Northeast Iowa Conference finale for the Waverly-Shell Rock baseball team on KWAY Country. The Go-Hawks swept Oelwein 6-0 and 8-3. In game 1 Carson Kallenberger had a complete game 1-hitter and in game 2 Kurby Vowels had a complete game as well. Waverly-Shell Rock is back in action Thursday night as they host Cedar Falls. First pitch is at 7:00 on KWAY Country AM 1470 FM 96.3.
