Iowa State Junior quarterback Jacob Parks is leaving the school Parks told the Des Moines Register that he will transfer. Parks played four games and then missed a game due to a personal issue and then was suspended for marijuana use. Walk-on senior Kyle Kempt won the quarterback job in Parks’ absence.
