Wednesday night on Y99.3 in New York City the Iowa Hawkeyes beat Boston College 27-20 in the New Era Pinstripe Bowl. The Hawkeyes’ defense and special teams came up big to help its struggling offense to allow Iowa to rally for the win. This was the first bowl win for Iowa since 2010. Hawkeye coach Kirk Ferentz won his 143rd game at Iowa tying Hayden Fry for most wins as head Hawk.
