The State Track and Field meet will continue Friday at the Blue Oval in Des Moines.
Results from Waverly-Shell Rock Thursday included: Reagan Dahlquist finishing 3rd in the high jump with a leap of 5’3”, Mosai Newsom placed 7th in the discuss with a throw of 159′, the girls shuttle hurdle relay team just missed the finals with a 9th place finish, and Rodrique Sagbo qualified for the 100 meter dash finals. As a team the Go-Hawk boys are in 23rd place while Marion leads the meet in Class 3A. The Go-Hawk girls are in 12th place while Crestwood leads Class 3A.
