Authorities have arrested two people in connection with Waterloo shooting that injured a child.
23-year-old Aundrey Frequal Roberts Jr. and 21-year-old Mar’yo Doyuan Lindsey face charges of willful injury and intimidation with a weapon. Lindsey faces additional weapons charges.
Authorities say 9-year-old Anton Kincaid was shot in the hip area while he was lying on a couch inside his apartment.
