An Ossian man was arrested after an incident at a bar on Friday night, according to KIMT. 57 year old Troy Troge has been charged with assault, trespassing, and public intoxication. According to authorities, the staff at Shooter’s Bar asked Troge to leave after he became belligerent. Troge then allegedly grabbed a bartender’s arm leaving it bruised and scratched. The staff finally got Troge outside of the bar and promptly locked the front door to keep him out. That did not stop Troge, however, who re-entered the bar through a back door and again harassed the bartender. Officers arrived on scene shortly after the second altercation. Troge told them that he was not going to leave and was uncooperative with officers who eventually removed him from the bar.
