Terry Grattan, 61, of Dike was driving a 2006 Yamaha Kodiak 400 ATV Saturday when he crashed.
Authorities say the accident happened around 6:00 p.m. at Fox Ridge Golf Course in Dike.
Grattan was traveling west on the golf course and along east Dike Road when he flipped, and the ATV landed on top of him.
He was taken to Sartori Hospital in Cedar Falls, and accident remains under investigation.
Nearly $1,000 in damage was reported.
