Thursday night on Y99.3 the Denver volleyball team won the Class 2A State Championship for the 2nd season in a row. Denver beat Hinton in 5 thrilling sets 25-22, 26-28, 21-25, 25-18, 15-11. Denver’s Channing Johnson was named the All-Tournament Team Captain and Bailey Mullihan and Mylee Thurm also made the team. Denver finished the season with only one loss as they went 50-1.
