Following Governor Kim Reynolds’ easing of restrictions in much of the State of Iowa, baseball and softball fans are wondering if that means there will be a high school season. There has been no word from the Iowa High School Athletic Association and the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union about that. Both organizations still are giving themselves until June 1st to make that decision. The organizations have not released guidelines for what exactly would be the tipping point in their decision as to whether or not a 2020 season could happen and under what restrictions.
