A longtime Waverly Shell Rock school employee has passed away. 60 year old Pam Druvenga had been at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City after a bicycle accident back on June 5th, yesterday she succumbed to those injuries. Druvenga worked in the Waverly Shell Rock School District for 24 years, most recently as a secretary at the middle school. She was set to retire Friday, June 22. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, June 23 at 1:00 at Trinity United Methodist Church. A visitation will be held Friday, June 22 from 4:00-7:00 at Trinity U.M.C. in Waverly.
