A Waterloo man has had his bond set at $100,000 for allegedly sexually abusing a girl earlier this month, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 33 year old Marvin Ramos was arrested on November 18th and charged with second degree Sexual Abuse. He is accused of sexually assaulting an 11 year old girl. A restraining order was also issued in the case.
