In the AFC the New England Patriots scored a 2 yard touchdown in overtime to defeat the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Super Bowl will be a rematch of the Patriots first title in the Tom Brady era. The Rams and Patriots last met in the Super Bowl in 2002.
