Tuesday night on KWAY Country the Waverly-Shell Rock baseball team swept Decorah to take sole possession of first place in the Northeast Iowa Conference. The Go-Hawks won Game 1 2-0 as Chance Key threw a complete game shutout with 14 strikeouts. Game 2 was a back and forth affair as Waverly-Shell Rock held on to win 10-8. Dylan Stockdale led the way for W-SR as he went 4-4 with a walk in the nightcap.
