An intersection in Waverly will be closed Thursday, October 3rd in order to make water and sewer connections for a parcel of land. The work will be done at the intersection of 1st Avenue NE and 12 Street NE. There will be signage notifying drivers of the closures. The intersection is expected to be closed at least until noon but perhaps longer.
