Tuesday the Wartburg softball team moved to 5-1 on the early season as it defeated Alvernia 16-2 in five innings and Monmouth, 9-2.

Tuesday the Wartburg women’s lacrosse team opened its season in winning fashion in the 9-8 victory over Willamette to open its Spring Break trip. The Knights were able to hold off a late rally by the Bearcats, who whittled the margin to one with 1:42 left in the game.
