Butler Co. State of Emergency

The Butler County Board of Supervisors declared a state of emergency in Butler County Tuesday morning after heavy rainfall impacted the county over the weekend.

District 2 Supervisors Tom Heidenwirth told local news that several people came together this past weekend to help as weather hit the area and it helped minimize the impact on local communities like Greene and Clarksville.

The Butler County Supervisors also approved a request to subdivide 92 acres on Beaver Valley Road near New Hartford and approved a utility permit for gas lines.
