A Charles City man has been arrested on multiple charges of child sex abuse, according to KIMT. 59 year old Ronald Stewart has been charged with four counts of third degree sexual abuse. Stewart is accused of having sexual contact with an underage victim over the course of 20 months. No further details of the alleged abuse have been released to this point. Stewart has been booked into the Floyd County Jail.
